+Excellent ROOF- top floor room-WITH TWO SKY LIGHT WINDOWS (love those myself). Mr Tom -THE HOST is very organised and business like. ( Nice small back garden with a prominent "silver Birch tree there.) Tom will help with the WASHING MACHINE.

+The room was clean and well maintained.
−The rude approach of the host. I personally try to keep people happy as much as I can but he is one very hard to please. I don't mind the rules as I think you need some for maintenance and I kept to all of them. However, the host finds every insignificant or unnecessary reason to be rude even when you are trying to be nice. He hurried me into checking out more than 40 mins earlier than his scheduled time for checking out which was by 9am. It costs nothing to be nice to people.

+Everything was great from start to finish. Booking was quick and easy, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived quite late because I was delayed, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and this was honestly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. Amazing value for the price - I would definitely stay here again.
