“Potentially great hotel in a fantastic location let down by the fact it’s tired and in need of refurbishment.”
+Location was good next to the river.
−Fabric and furnishings were dated and no sockets to charge phones and appliances next to the bed. Overall, it felt tired, old fashioned and overdue a refurb. For this reason, I don’t think that the rates charged are value for money.

“Looking tired, but would stay again.”
+Plenty of parking. The room we had was adequate for our needs. Good choice for breakfast which was included. Easy walk into Marlow itself although the bridge itself isn't lit up for pedestrians. Location is great and there is a great choice of eating places. Parkrun is nearby too, in Higginson Park.
−The parking charge of £10.20/night. Too many steps to get to the room. Not good for the arthritis. The hotel really needs a lot of updating/various repairs. Apart from breakfast, we didn't eat in the hotel, so can't comment on the food.
