+The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and genuinely trying to help at all times. Even when issues occurred, they listened carefully, apologized, and did their best to resolve everything quickly. Their attitude and effort were the strongest and most positive part of our stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and good potential, and we always felt that the staff truly cared.

We experienced repeated misunderstandings with breakfast orders, some maintenance issues in the room, housekeeping details such as dust not being properly cleaned, and problems with laundry service. While none of these were major on their own, the fact that something came up almost every day made the stay less smooth than expected.
