“Service needs improvement.”
+It’s close proximity to the Ninoy international airport
−The ground in front of the hotel is uneven, because it was raining in the morning , there was a paddle in front of it.Its not very good specially when you have suitcases. When we were inside the hotel cockroach meet us plus we had to ask for a toilet tissue as there was no toilet tissue . It took us hours to have it. I was asking to have a wake up call in the morning because my flight was quite early I did not get it.

“Good and maybe not.”
+I like that it is very near to the airport and it's along edsa. The room is big, too big that it looks a bit empty actually if you are a traveler with few luggage this place will be appreciated. You can open 3 to 4 luggage at the same time.
−I book for me and mom to rest a bit to catchearly morning flight. Stayed for just 3-4hrs as I landed manila at 12mn and have to leave by 4am. Doesn't feel and look clean not so well maintained. Can do better with the upkeeping.

“it’s fine for a night stay.”
+Closer to Airport. Good for a night stay.
−Shower doesn’t have a glass. Water from shower going to the toilet and it’s clogging! You have to wear slippers every time you’re inside the washroom.
+The rm was spacious
−The rm was clean, but there was no chair there was kettle but no glass or mugs even sleeper was nothing.

“Worth every centavo.”
+The value for money that they offer is totally worth it. The room is cozy and spectacular, and they have a decent parking space, although it wasn't for free (but the price is reasonable).
−They didn't have heated showers (and the tap water is too cold).
