+Good location to try several beaches. Great for snorkelling. Food was lovely, all be it the all inclusive buffet was smaller than others I’ve experienced, it was better quality. Staff were very friendly and attentive and great with the kids. Had a smaller more personal feel to the place than other larger complexes. The staff remembered our names and my daughters. Two nice pools - all though they were a bit cold - but it was October. Fresh pool / beach towels provided every day.
−Not much selection in the all inclusive for young children. Pool a bit cold. Room (two bedroom) was nice but could have done with proper seating in the living area as opposed

+A szállás felülmúlta minden elképzelésünket, pont szemben laktunk egy egyszintes apartmanban néhány lépésre a tengertől. Nagyon csendes volt a szobánk, ideális a pihenéshez. Az all inclusive ellátás szuper volt, nagyon finomak voltak az ételek, reggelire minden nap meleg kenyérből vághattunk :). A tengerben egy kis öbölben lehetett fürödni, a víz lassan mélyült és nagyrészt homokos volt az alja és még október közepén is tökéletes hőfokú (min. 24 fokos).
−Egyedül az ággyal volt gondunk, iszonyú puha volt a matrac, nem tudtunk rendesen aludni rajta.
+thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The food was definitely one of the biggest highlights: despite being an All-Inclusive resort, every single meal offered a completely different and rich variety. Everything was consistently fresh, delicious, and top quality. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming - from the hardworking waiters to the skilled bartenders. The entertainment team was phenomenal and kept the energy high throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to the wonderful Eva, whose warm attitude and dedicated service made our experience truly memorable! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

“מלון מקסים ונעים. חדרים קצת מיושנים לא תזיק יד אוהבת”
+המלון בנוי כמו כפר "קפריסאי", אנחנו שהינו בקרקע יש גם דירות קומה 2 האיזור של פרוטאראס מקסים ורגוע, לא למי שמחפש חיי לילה ובלאגן, זה לא איה נאפה. המלון עם 2 בריכות גדולות, זו שליד הים יותר מלאה. יש גם בריכת פעוטות קטנה ומועדון ילדים, חדר כושר. הכל יחסית ישן ופשוט אבל מספק מענה. נותנים במלון לשימוש מתנפחים לבריכה וזה ממש נחמד. נותנים גם בקבלה מתאמים לחשמל. כמו כן יש להם הרבה קרם הגנה שאורחים קודמים השאירו. נחמד. הכי שווה היה המפרץ חוף הקטן, התעוררתי כל בוקר מוקדם וטבלתי עם עצמי, מושלם. כמו בריכה אין גלים. למי שיש סאפ זה נהדר (כמו בכנרת). השהייה היתה על בסיס הכל כלול- יש 3 ארוחות ביום ובין הארוחות יש בבריכה נשנושים- צ'יפס נאגטס טוסטים ופל בלגי גלידות אלכוהול ושתיה חופשית. תביאו מכנסיים רחבים ;-) האוכל בארוחות די טעים וכל יום יש סגנון אחר איטלקי אסייתי מקסיקני קפריסאי וכו'. אנחנו אוכלים כשר והסתדרנו וגם הילדים בררנים באוכל והסתדרו בסך הכל. הצוות בחדר אוכל יעיל בטירוף מפנים כלים ללא הפסקה. אין הרבה תורים כמו בארץ באוגוסט ולרוב יש מקום. יש חדר אוכל בינוני ממוזג והשאר יושבים בחוץ אבל לרוב בערבים נעים. מחליפים כל יום מצעים ומגבות ליד הבריכה המרובעת שקראו לה ה"חדשה" יש חדרים שנראים יותר חדשים אבל אני לא בטוחה שווה לבדוק כשמזמינים האיזור עם חופים מושלמים לגונות טורקיז שנעים לשהות ולשחות בהם
−החדרים קצת מיושנים צריכים יד אוהבת. החדר ננעל עם מפתח כמו פעם וגם זה משמש לחשמל אז למשפחה זה קצת קשה אבל הסתדרנו לילדים קטנים יש גינה קטנה אבל חם לשהות בה המועדון ילדים נפתח מאוחר יחסית המלון בנוי כמו כפר קפריסאי אנחנו שהינו בקרקע ויש דירות מעל. שומעים קצת רעש מהדירה מעליך וגם מצדדיך למשל לידינו שהה תינוק ושמענו אותו בבקרים.. יש וילונות החשכה אבל יש חלון בדלת בסלון שבו הילדים ישנים וזה הפריע להם. שמנו מגבת המזרנים קצת רכים מידי לא הכי נח וגם כל תזוזה עושה רעש המיטה בחדר שינה היא לא זוגית אלא 2 מיטות יחיד מחוברות לפחות כך היה אצלנו כדאי לבקש חדר יותר צדדי כי בחדרים שנמצאים על האיזורים הציבוריים יש רעש עד מאוחר- יש כל יום צוות בידור עד בערך 23 בלילה ומי שיש לו תינוק או ילדים קטנים זה יפריע לו. אנחנו קיבלנו חדר מספיק קרוב לחדר אוכל ולבריכה ומצד שני קצת בצד ככה שפחות הפריע (עדין שומעים עד לשם את המוזיקה אבל במעומעם). חדר 213 אם תשיגו מפה של המקום מהמלון תוכלו לבדוק.

−Οι εγκαταστάσεις θέλουν ανακαίνιση. Τα φαγητά ήταν τα ίδια κάθε μέρα.
+The food was very delicious. The beds were very comfortable. The size of the room, the balcony and the view were beautiful.
−It may be good to innovate for the hotel. Especially the situation of the children's pool was bad. There were not many toys in the playground and it was rusty, it would be healthier for the children if it was renewed. Sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool can be renewed. Innovations can be made in the rooms.
