+A very clean, good value room with a comfortable bed and great shower. Right on the road to the Saint Bernard tunnel. An ancient building, attractively modernised. Our room at the back was quiet. I imagine the front rooms may suffer from traffic noise. There is free parking alongside.
−We were disappointed to be told on arrival that the kitchen was closed the following morning (Tuesday) and there would be no breakfast - we had been counting on this. We spent some time that morning finding a café further on the road. It would have been nice for the hotel to offer a simple buffet of some kind. The restaurant is pricey, with excellent food, an expensive 98 page wine-list (that glass of local red is 13€) and slow, rather formal service. If you're looking for fine dining I would recommend it: Michelin must be looking at this place soon. However, it would be good if a more modest, simpler dining experience was available for overnight guests looking for a reasonably priced evening meal.

+Sehr zuvorkommender Service! Alles sehr sauber. Eine schöne Unterkunft. Genau richtiger Standort, um am nächsten Tag weiter Richtung Schweizer Pässe zu fahren.

+Sehr schönes Hotel auf der Fahrt in den Norden. Das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und der Service war prima.
