“NO LIFT IN THIS HOTEL BUT THE OWNER IS VERY KIND”
+I did not stay in this hotel as the room was in the second floor and I couldn't climb due to my knee issues...and there was no lift Eventually I had to book another hotel and the lady owner stated that she will not charge me and she will inform the booking agent to refund the payment.
−I did NOT stay in this hotel as the room was in the second floor and I couldn't climb due to my knees. There IS NO LIFT in this hotel. The reception closes at 7 pm and the keys are kept in locker outside the hotel. After ringing the bell several times a resident appeared and helped me to track the owner who was a unbelievably nice lady. She did help me to book another nearby hotel. Also please note that the entrance to hotel is behind a car dealership and rather obscure.
