“Excellent location but everything else was poor”
−We were overcharged at check-in, we were given a room on the top floor and told that the lift wasn't working. The room had no soap of any kind.

“Terrible experience”
−The smell of cigarette in the room was horrible. I tried to shower but gave up after 3 minutes because there was no hot water. There was only one towel which did not look clean at all. There was a hole in the bed sheets. It was so noisy (music) that I could not sleep and ended up calling the police around 2:00 a.m. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend.
