+A WARM WELCOME ON MY LATE ARRIVAL AND OUTSTANDING DELIVERY OF CARE FOR MYSELF AND MY FOUR LEGGED FRIEND WHICH INCLUDED NO "EXTRA" FEES FOR PARKING ON SITE. I WAS ALLOCATED A LARGE ROOM WITH FANTASTIC VISTAS OVER THE BAY AND ISLES TO ENJOY A FABULOUS SUNSET AND A QUIET CLEAR MORNING SUNRISE WITH PLENTY OF TEA AND COFFEE FROM THE TRAY TOO!

+Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und schön gelegen. Die Parkplätze sind gut erreichbar und in ausreichender Zahl verfügbar. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich und das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir durften am Abreisetag auch noch länger den Parkplatz benutzen. Die Bilder und Bewertungen spiegeln definitiv die Wirklichkeit vor Ort wider. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Maßstab. Da wir wussten, worauf wir uns einließen, war das okay. Für Menschen, die auf den Flair von Lost-Places stehen, könnte es optimal sein.
−Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, wir haben die Person neben uns schnarchen gehört. Zum Zustand und der Ausstattung lässt sich nicht viel sagen, es ist ausreichend, wenn auch nicht auf einem Niveau, was viel Komfort bietet.

“It suited me in that all I really needed was a bed. I would not recommend this to any of my friends.”
+Ideal location on sea front. Easy walk to town shops and restaurants etc.
−This hotel has been up for sale for some 2 years. It was clean and bed comfortable. However everything was dated and very tired looking. The current owners are obviously not spending any money on updating etc. The single room I had was very small and not a place to spend time. Shame really because the location is superb.

“Was a nice introduction to a new town.”
+The beds were comfortable, the view was outstanding (for the sea-view room) "dinner" was good, the location -- you get the vibe of 'long walk along the beach' with where the hotel is located.
−The Internet connection around the hotel (bar the reception area) was choppy and quite choppy.

−Overpowering smell of horrible smelling air freshener everywhere Outdated furniture and decor Bathroom a bit cramped , shower just dribbled after initially being turned on , extractor fan smelt like it was blowing foul smells into the bathroom.
