“Terrible Bed”
+The owner was pleasant. Location is central.
−Room 121 was not very good. The bed was terrible and extremely firm. The box spring squeaked every time you moved. The comforter weighed about 20 lb and was old with a funky odour. The pillows were lumpy. The room was tired. The carpet was old, the bathtub look like it had a retrofit and was spongy. The electrical outlets looked shady with one of them having one of those octopus things put into it.

“I will definitely return to the Lakeview the next time I am in Blind River.”
+This room had everything need for my overnight stay. It was the nicest motel in Blind River. All the others were not as advertised, old, rundown and looking unkept. I am glad I am glad I chose to stay at the Lakeview. It was recommended by a client in Blind River. The room was clean, bright, WIFI worked great and the bed was comfortable. I had an excellent sleep. There was some traffic noise it's on the highway but it didn't bother me at all.
−A restaurant on site would have been perfect. I was unable to find somewhere to eat other than Tim Hortons or Subway. The room had a toaster, microwave and fridge so I could have made something. A grocery store is also located in the same plaza as the Subway.

+The place was very clean and incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and hair dryer. It was so comfortable that I was genuinely impressed. Honestly, it was much better than some well-known hotels I’ve stayed at. We stayed here after taking the Agawa Canyon train tour. One thing to keep in mind is that supermarkets around this area close at around 8:00 p.m., so I would recommend picking up some food at a nearby Walmart or another store after getting off the train before heading to the accommodation.

+Rooms were cozy and modern. Two bottles of water and packs of cookies were a nice touch. It is a cute motel overall. Best of the motels in town that we've tried.
−Bed was a bit too hard and the room had a musty smell but the room next door was fine.

+Staff excellent. Extremely clean and beds comfortable.
+While the rooms are dated, they are very clean and I loved that there was a kettle and toaster in every room. They also provided an excellent brand of tea bags and cookies and bottled water.

“Would readily stay here again.”
+Very clean room in a classic styled motel from the great driving age. If you like your bed to be FIRM this motel will deliver in spades. I thought the road noise might be a bit much but it wasn't a problem.
−The A/C needs a good clean, on the inside. It smelled musty.

“My favourite place to stay”
+I was well received as a repeat guest. Wonderful coffee maker. Was able back right up to the room door..
