+The boat ramp at the property needs to be improved for loading and unloading of boats. There is only one (1) TV station to watch. Parking area needs to be improved.

+Awesome place to stay for anyone wanting to be right on the lake. A nice quiet area with plenty of parking for your boat! Best tackle shop of anywhere I’ve been. Rooms super clean, AC blows super cold and enough water pressure to almost hurt! The people running it and the shop are fantastic to work with and also just socialize with and learn about the lake and area!

“Not good”
+No blanket on the beds. Only a bedspread. Shower was dirty. Stayed 4 days and never did they clean the room. Housekeeper tried to cone in room without knocking at 8am on last day. Very uncomfortable beds. Weird experience
“Nice but need updated”
+Very nice people and the room was clean. They need to do some updating and the chain lock on my door was broken. The bed was very hard but it was a nice quite place with a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. I would stay hrre again if I ever go back that way.
+Very clean rooms. Super friendly staff a really great fishing tackle store that has a better selection than most big box stores. Not to mention they have Lake Fork within just yards from your room with a boat ramp and a fishing pier. If you are a fishing fan then you pretty much owe it to yourself to stay with these guys. It was a truly great experience for me. I’m gonna be a regular for sure.
