+Good location. But it was difficult to locate. We went to the abandoned place close by before we eventually located where it was.
−The bed lamps were not working. All 3 of them.
+Very welcoming. Very impressed at breakfast. The polish waitress couldn't do enough for us. My boy was made up with the extra hash brown.
−My bed was soft. Not an issue just personal preference.

“Absolutely horrendous!”

−Absolutely horrendous - avoid this hotel! We stayed at Hotel Laguna in Bournemouth as a family of 2 adults and 6 children, and the experience was absolutely appalling from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As soon as we walked into reception to check in, we were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette smoke. We were then shown to our family rooms, which were located in an outbuilding. The moment we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of mould and damp, so strong that it started affecting members of our family who suffer from asthma. The condition of the rooms was absolutely disgusting. The mattresses had what appeared to be blood or urine stains on them. There was hair in the shower, on the toilet, in the cups and all over the floor. The furniture was covered in dirt and dust, there were dirty marks on the bed sheets and covers, and there was mould inside the drawers. To make matters worse, there was urine on the toilet and the bin next to it, rubbish left on the floors, and pins sticking out of the curtains, which was particularly concerning with six children in our family. The fire alarm was also hanging off the ceiling, raising serious concern
