+La struttura è molto bella ma i servizi minimi.
−In generale la struttura è molto bella, la ragazza al check in carina e disponibile..per la colazione una grande delusione, ci avevano detto che sarebbe stata fino alle 10 ma alle 9:45 hanno tolto tutto e con molta fretta ci hanno fatto loro dei piatti con le cose che avevano in cucina. Peraltro in modo anche lavativo. In generale ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più visto il prezzo pagato per una notte!

“Beautiful property, good location and kind staff, but poor management, almost no service and a misleading AC situation m”
+The property itself is beautiful and the location is very good, especially as a base to explore Umbria. It is well positioned for visiting different towns in the region. The staff were also very polite, friendly and helpful whenever we managed to find someone to speak to.
−Unfortunately, almost everything beyond the location and the staff was disappointing. I paid €1,410 for seven nights, and at this price I expected a much better level of comfort and service. The room did not even have a proper cupboard or cabinet to store clothes, room service was basically nonexistent, and communication with the property was extremely difficult because there was rarely anyone available. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. I specifically paid extra for a room advertised with AC, as some rooms were listed without it. However, the AC did not properly cool the room. We complained, tried different settings, and even changed rooms. Eventually we were told that the central cooling had been switched off because it was considered winter season. For me, this is completely unacceptable. If AC is advertised and a guest pays extra for it, it should actually be available. The staff themselves were very polite and helpful whenever we managed to find someone, but the property clearly suffers from poor management and a serious lack of service. It is a beautiful place with great potential, but the way it is managed lets it down badly. I would not return.

+De ligging, de ruime opzet, groot parkeerterrein, geen omwonenden/buren, verwarmd zwembad, mooi restaurant. Super behulpzaam personeel, die zelfs speciale verzoeken nog mooier maken dan je ze zelf kan bedenken. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles is zeer goed onderhouden. Laadpalen aanwezig. Echt niks dan lof voor deze geweldige plek. Zou hier zeker nog een keer terug komen.
