+Hotel recentemente rinnovato, pulito e ben fornito anche di sauna e hot tub. Ottimo ristorante BLAQ annesso sia per servizio che per cibo eccezionale.
−Solo per l’hotel sembra una struttura fantasma, non c’è pressoché alcun contatto con nessuno ed è un peccato. Il ristorante invece è assolutamente eccezionale sia per servizio che per qualità del cibo.

−Can you please put signs up by the electric chargers. It is great that you have them but we couldn't use them.because petrol cars had parked in the electric charging spaces.

“Ik had andere verwachtingen op basis van de recensies en de foto’s, voor mij toch nog steeds meer een motel dan een hote”
+Het hoofdgebouw is prachtig evenals de tuin eromheen. De mensen zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Mooi restaurant en bar. Goede bedden.
−De kamer en badkamer waren heel vochtig en daardoor was er veel schimmel, het was niet vies, maar zag er ook niet schoon uit door het vocht.
“The Perfect Little Retreat”
+Perfect location for a quiet night's rest after a day of exploring the Blue Mountains. Lovely bar/restaurant, with a great ambience and a nice choice of both small plates and larger meals to choose from. The bed was comfy and the room was cosy.
−Fresh towels and a couple of extra coffees in the room on the second day would have been nice. Hanging space was also limited for 2 people staying for 3 days.
+Ideally located hotel to explore blue mountains. Excellent restaurant on site! Sauna and hot tub are nice added extras.
−Bathroom is on the smaller size but functional
