+The breakfast was very good, plentiful, and offered a nice variety. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive, which we really appreciated. The rooms and hallways were also clean and well maintained.
−Unfortunately, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom has no shower curtain or screen, so the entire room gets wet when showering, and the shower head was leaking. There was also visible mould on the bathroom ceiling. Toilet paper cannot be flushed, which is inconvenient. Additionally, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The heating didn’t work, so we had to use the air conditioning to keep warm. However, its lights illuminated the entire room at night. On top of that, the smoke detector directly above the bed flashes brightly every 20 seconds, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work during our stay

“Great location and staff”
+Staff were good especially Mervenur during the breakfast. She was super respectful and polite.
−They forgot a used cleaning rag and towel in our room after cleaning it up. We felt like the hotel were not making use of its facilities since it's not high season time.

+I had a comfortable stay, the room was clean. The view is really nice. Lots of private parking and extremely easy access and perfect if the route is from Istanbul to Cappadocia. You don't need to enter the city traffic.
−Value for money is not so great compared to many other places in Türkiye, it was more on the expensive side.

+Красивый, просторный отель, расположенный в очень красивом месте, возле озера. Останавливались на одну ночь. Невероятно вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Обслуживание в ресторане на очень высоком уровне.
−Самый огромный минус, который омрачил наше пребывание в этом отеле, это запах канализации из ванны. И при купании,вода выливалась из под поддона прямо на пол и соответственно плитка в ванной была вся в воде.

+Locatie excelenta pentru cei ce sunt in tururi lungi si vor sa evite aglomeratia Ankarei. Multa vegetatie si liniste in jurul locatiei. Personalul profesionist, mic dejun excelent. Camere largi.
−Izolarea fonica in interior slaba. Poti usor sa intelegi conversatia din camera vecina, nu doar sa o auzi🫣
+Camera ampia, pulita e ben attrezzata. Colazione buona anche se non preparati x celiaci.
−Difficoltà di comunicazione dovuto a mancanza di personale parlante inglese. Nella notte siamo stati svegliati da ospiti rumorosi e dopo segnalazione alla reception, la ragazza anche se non subito è riuscita a risolvere il problema.
