+Great location and facilities, room had everything needed
−Booked a rollaway bed as extra. Rollaway bed was unfit for sleeping on, incredibly hard, like sleeping on a concrete floor

“Very disappointing for paying so much for so little.”
+Nice property but we wanted an apartment so we could have a kitchen, we bought all the food needed for a nice evening in with a cooked dinner and could not get the cooker or micro to work, had to get a fabulous lad from reception to try and fix things who needed to contact the GM to help, it was then so late and after 90 mins we got some sort of meal together. too late, evening and meal totally ruined. For $285 for one night it was a disastrous rip off 🙁
−Property was fine, essential kitchen didn’t work

“Would definitely stay here again!”
+The complimentary snacks/water and drinks provided, that was a bit extra and appreciated! Parking was also great, free, and secure overnight underground, without having to pay an extra fee like all the hotels in civic and surrounds. Staff were great.
−The mattress is a touch soft, but that appears to be the way hotels are going these days. For me not too bad because I can sleep anywhere, but not great for those who need a firmer bed.
