+Room was clean. Exactly what I needed for a few hours sleep.

+I thought I must have made the wrong reservation because this was by far the sketchiest location I’ve ever stayed at. We called ahead to let them know we would be a late check in. Around 2am. The man said we would be fine. When we got there the man who checked us in told us “check out is at 10am, so you’re leaving early right?”. I was too tired to care. I told him we would be out by checkout. The next morning I went to grab breakfast. It was 10 minutes to 10am and the man in the office said everything was already put away but to let him know if we wanted some muffins. And that check out was actually 11am. Again, I was too tired to care about asking for breakfast and waiting for him to bring it back out. So I went to my room to get a little more sleep. The saving grace for this stay was that the beds were surprisingly comfortable. It must have had a small “facelift” recently because the rooms had decent bathrooms, flooring, fridge and TV. But the walls were filthy. The white doors and walls were in desperate need of a deep clean or maybe fresh paint. I would never stay there again. I’m not in anyway upset or asking for a refund. I slept great and that was good enough for me. I just
+If you manage expectations and just need a place to sleep with a clean bathroom, then this will meet your very basic needs. The staff was rude on the phone and even banged on our room door at 5:30am, saying it was an "accident." The bedding and room was clean and the AC worked well, but the location felt quite sketchy and not well taken care of.
+Breakfast consists of cold cereals with coffee, or juice. The ac was so old the screws inside were loose and rattled making sleep impossible. The walls are thin so you can listen to your nrighbors until they go to sleep. This is a small place. 18 rooms and 20 parking places. Its not good for the 80+ price.

+Lot of noise in the parking lot. It is a small lot and there are a lot of work pickups. I suspect they are oil workers. The morning coffee with the continental breakfast was watered down. It is an older hotel, but clean.
