−I booked with pet friendly filtered and chose the family suit option, which booking provided for 4 adults and a cat. However, when I checked in. The staff told me that we can't stay in our room because we have a cat. She moved me to the pet zone room, but it's only for 2 people, not 4. She forced us to pay for extra room (not even give us the room that we booked). The pet zone room was noisy and smelled of dogs. My cat was very restless all night. Not recommend at all for traveling with cat. I'm not satisfied with the so-called no extra charge for the pet policy of this hotel. It's not true. They charged you more and overly price, too
