“There was no way my Granddaughter and I were going to stay there!”
+Nothing, it smelt musty, dirty, old.
−All of it! Bedding didn't look or smell clean, very old and out dated, for the price, I expected a lot more. Barely there 5mins and we left, I found a better accommodation. Even the guy at check in wasn't very welcoming either. Worst place ever!

−Our key was not there for the unit we were told we were booked into. Cleanliness lacking in corners like the wardrobe and under beds. Broken heater, hanging off wall. Room was dated and cold. Poor paint, chipping and lifting. Dirty glasses in kitchen. Very old stove with elements not level with no supports. Net curtains too long or short. Curtains not put up properly and mismatched. No extra blankets for the cold night for any beds. Miss matched taps in bathroom and kitchen. No hairdryer. Bathroom paintwork old and lifting. Soap tray in shower looks mouldy and needs replacing. Marks on carpet. Soo sad just seems so unloved.
