“Breathtaking view, quiet relaxing stay that fit our budget”
+We got a single room (LKR 8500 per night) with a great view instead of the two budget rooms we booked. The view was spectacular. The room was spacious and comfy with double bed, a single bed, a couch, table, stool and a closet. The staff provided us with extra pillows and towels. The hotel had a dining area but the restaurant is not functioning. We brought our own food. In the morning the staff provided us hot water to make our instant tea. The location was excellent. It was close to Kandy city and away from the hustle and bustle of the street. The hotel was very quiet. In the morning we enjoyed the mist covered mountains and the sounds of a wide variety of birds. The staff was super nice. The pool was the ideal size both our children had loads of fun doing cannonball jumps and swimming in the pool for hours. We had a great stay.
−The only thing that could have improved were the quality of the pillows since they were kind of flat and not fluffy. However we had a good comfortable sleep.

−This was my second stay at this property, and honestly, I was very disappointed with the experience. The room was not clean at all. There were cockroaches in the bathroom at night, and there were no towels provided. I stayed in a budget room on the ground floor, in the last room at the end of the corridor. I had a discount through Booking.com. However, when I went to pay for the room, the staff member said he was not aware of the discount and told me to check with the owner. He called the owner and handed me the phone. I explained to the owner that I had a discount through Booking.com. However, the owner's response was, "Don't tell me about that. Deal with Booking.com directly." I had absolutely no problem paying the full amount. My concern was the owner's attitude and the way I was treated as a customer. A little courtesy and professionalism when speaking to guests would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness, the cockroaches, the absence of towels, and the owner's poor customer service made this a very unpleasant experience. This will definitely be my last stay at this property. I will never return, and I would not recommend it to others.

“Inhabitable debería retirarlo Booking de la web”
+El personal trabajador que hacia lo que podía.
−Las instalaciones estaban inhabitables como hotel por muy económico que sería. Baños en ambas habitaciones con el techo escarchado y negro de la humedad, el agua del lavabo y retrete salia hacia el plato de la ducha, suciio y dejado. Sin agua caliente. Habitaciones en estado de deterioradas totalmente, ventanas estropadas, pestillos que se podian cerrar, cerraduras de puertas rotas,.... Además plaga de hormigas, cucarachas y otros reptiles q el personal del hotel intentaban matar con limpia cristales. Desayuno pobre. Aguantamos una noche y acordamos cancelar el resto de la estancia. Nos ofrecieron otras habitaciones pero todas en estado de abandono. Somos viajeros y dormimos en albergues y otros alojamientos sencillos. Este nos supero sobretodo cuando vas con hijas. No se como booking no revisa este tipo de alojamientos antes de ofertarlos en la web.
