+Location was what we wanted but would not recommend staying here they have a lot of extra charges and place Is run down
−No disability handles on front steps or shower or toilet Kitchen looked like a abandoned home Have to pay $8 for a/c Have to hold the shower head up to have a shower And for anyone wanting to use the toilet they should have placed it closer to the wall,wait and you will see I was a afraid to use anything in the kitchen like coffee or tea not sure how many years it had been there And not to mention the cigarettes butt at the front door real impressive....not

−Had no hot water for the first 3 days while staying here which was very inconvenient. Admin was so unprofessional : miscommunication from admin side. changing bed sheets Poor cleaning , mold was found in bathroom and in the room 392 & 393 no action being taken to resolve the matter. House keeping had to be requested a day before which guest should not have to request , it should be considered to change bed sheets , towels etc every day also. Had no toilet paper in the bathroom so had to provide our own supplies & for other guests aswell as kitchen utensils. Had our room pin pad password changed even while still staying here which was unprofessional was locked out of room for 1hr had no access. Not recommended to stay here. So many things wrong with this stay.
