+Lovely stay,wish we could have stayed longer! We had a wonderful short stay at Jetwing Blue in Negombo. Though we were only there for one night, the hotel left a great impression. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with an incredible variety of choices, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout. The hotel is also in a prime location with fantastic local restaurants right nearby. It was such a pity we couldn't stay longer,would definitely return!
−A little pricey compared to other 5 star options in SriLanka but the beach view and breakfast were fab.

“We had a nice stay to recover after a long flight before starting our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. Staff were kind and one even”
+Close to the airport in a late night arrival and directly in the beach. Front has a few shops and convenience stores. Rooms needed updating but did the job. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with lots of choice. The view to the beach was nice

“Great location and excellent service”
+Jetwing Blue is located right on a wide empty beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was good, and the Sri Lankan food on offer was delicious. A special shout-out to the friendly and caring waiters, who made the experience even better. We did have an issue with our room, as the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and everything, including our clothes, felt damp. However, the reception team handled the situation very professionally, immediately escalating it to the management. The managers apologised and upgraded us to a suite with the most amazing terrace overlooking the beach. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the Jetwing team resolved the issue. Despite the initial inconvenience, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

“Convenient location close to Bandaranaike International Airport with fabulous beach views”
+Our room was spacious with beautiful views of the hotel gardens & beach. The food in the dining room was delicious & the staff were really friendly. There was a good selection of drinks in the comfortably air-conditioned bar. The pools were beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located close to Bandaranaike International Airport.
−We were dismayed by the rubbish that had washed up further along the beach. We feel are needs to be done to clean up this otherwise beautiful part of Sri Lanka

+Good location and got a free room upgrade which was nice, the actual hotel staff were lovely and had a good buffet selection.
−The rooms smell pretty damp there like they need to be aired out a bit more. The pool is getting renovated - you could use it but is construction around the area so doesn’t really look like the pics. There is a hotel “taxi” they offer which is insanely overpriced and felt like he was getting frustrated at us for using pickme’s instead trying to turn us off using them and saying “I saw you yesterday and told you I can take you to the airport”. Sorry we’d much rather pay $5AUD than $50AUD (and getting hassled).
