“Hotel clean comfortable helpful staff”
+I arrived before check in and they got me into my room straight away. My room was nice and quiet, my bed was comfortable, I was able to control the temperature of the room which was good as I like the room cooler for sleeping. Breakfast was very good, my food arrived quicker the second morning. Staff were lovely. Just a few minutes walk to the T at Coolidge corner.
−The water pressure in the shower could’ve been better. It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room , I did however get a teapot of hot water from the bar to take to my room.

“Comfortable 10-day stay visiting family”
+Good location, very comfortable bed, kitchenette and laundry room very welcome. Good shower.
−The breakfast offerings in the restaurant were very elaborate. A simpler menu would be good. And although I did get just eggs, they were not nice.

+The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is excellent
−The rooms were cramped. There was no table to eat at and no chairs to sit in so forced to do so on the beds.

+Great place to stay, especially before doctor visits & surgery at nearby hospitals. So many quality restaurants to choose from plus EXCELLENT Georgian food (as in the country) on Sundays. Breakfast is superb. (I recommend the fruit bowl.) I’ve stayed at the Iris close to a dozen times and will be going back.

“Service, from reception to housekeeping all were helpful and nothing was a problem.”
+Clean, fresh, great beds and facilities.
−Nothing major, maybe a few teas and room service menu. A club sandwich instead of meals and sides.
