“Städteurlaub in edlem Ambiente”
+Sehr Edles Ambiente, tolles Frühstück mit Tischzuteilung, Tageszeitungen zum Frühstück lagen aus (sieht man heute sonst kaum noch), super organisierte Rezeption hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Gerne wieder.

“It just didn't meet with my expectations of what a 5-star hotel should be.”
+Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very courteous and helpful.
−Overall, the hotel is looking a little 'tired' and in need of a refresh. I was disappointed by room service and the hour-long-plus wait for my dinner order to arrive and then when it did, the portion was shockingly small. I think the quality of service and food (of which I experienced) was more akin to a 4-star hotel. Overall, I think the hotel is missing the character and charm it once exuded, at times it felt like I could have been in a bland corporate hotel in any city. I do hope this hotel can reclaim the stellar reputation it once held.

“Lovely facility, well appointed room, though I had to change to get what I wanted.”
+The size of the room, close to railway, shops and restaurant. Nice area.
−The room service was stingy. We got a tiny carrot and one piece of broccoli as our vegetable. It wasn’t warm either.

“Enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel with just a few missing parts”
+Beautiful hotel with lovely big rooms and very clean and friendly
−Bed seemed hard. It is probably ready to be refurbished. Some ripped wallpaper and hallway dull and dreary. Expected turndown service and stay going the extra mile. Maybe I am expecting it to me more like a four seasons

“酒店环境和管理都非常好，是非常专业的酒店！”
+酒店得位置不错，比较安静。前台服务热情，酒店管理专业。房间比较大，干净，环境舒适。餐厅菜品丰富，并且非常美味。床品比较有品质，休闲和商务皆宜。虽然有点贵，但是值得选择。物有所值。

+Decor, breakfast, bathrooms.
−The spring on one of the beds on the right hand side of the bed from the bottom was broken. Also the staff in the bar area off the lobby weren't very friendly when we arrived after a match, it felt like we were an inconvenience to them.
