−The elderly gentleman at the reception area had no English and it was very confusing to check in. Also no wifi for several hours ( needed it for work)

+lo staff che ci ha curato sia il checkin che tutto il periodo rimasto li sono stati gentili e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richiesta. particolar modo Henric , spero che si scriva cosi che ci è stato d'aiuto per via della lingua e sua professionalità. se ritorno da quelle parti lo prenderò in considerazione come prima soluzione. grazie.
