+De tudo! A localização é excelente, o quarto muito confortável, espaçoso, limpo, assim como o banheiro. O Café da manhã é espetacular. Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei na Europa, custo benefício excelente.

“We were lucky to find this place at the cost we got it!”
+The price was excellent and the hotel was good. Wish breakfast was less expensive or had different options, such as breakfast option 1- $10, option 2> $15 etc. So, if you don't eat a lot, it is not worthed to pay for the breakfast the hotel offers. Besides, there is plenty of cafes next to the hotel, s. I appreciate the room, the location, everything was good. The TV had international channels which is nice to everyone can find something to watch. Netflix or Prime would have been a bonus to have :). Metro was next to the hotel
−The neighborhood is a bit plain, boring but the U-bahn was next to it which was good. The price of the breakfast, specially if you don't eat a lot and only want a coffee and a pastry or toasts.

+We had a basic room which didn't come with tea/coffee facilities. We asked for a kettle and cups which we were given and bought our own bits to make drinks. Extensive breakfast choice. Great location close to many trams and underground services. Staff very helpful and friendly
−Didn't understand why all other rooms had tea/coffee facilities in them and not the basic room but this was accommodated by staff.

“Intrusive room service, uncomfortable pillows and bed covers.”
+There is a piece of wood outside the room door that the guest is expected to turn to signal you want tour room cleaned or not. This is unique and esoteric.
−We had room service come into our room twice without knocking first due to this obscure signaling device on the door which I have never seen in another hotel.

“Im großen und Ganzen ein netter Aufenthalt.”
+Zimmer, Personal in der Rezeption super.
−Frühstücks Buffet soweit gut, bis auf die gekochten Eier, die schon seit dem frühen Morgen ohne Wärme da lagen. Um 9:00 Uhr natürlich kalt waren. Ebenso der Filterkaffee. Ab 9:45Uhr hatten wir das Gefühl durch das Personal, die an den Tischen rumwirbelten, jetzt gleich auch den Fühstücksraum verlassen zu müssen. Sehr viel Unruhe im Raum.

+Großes Zimmer mit ruhiger Lage zum Innenhof, sauber und modern ausgestattet Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahnstation nur 200m vom Hotel entfernt)
