“Great location, but room description could be improved”
+The hotel is very centrally located, which is particularly convenient for visiting Machu Picchu. As we had booked the earliest entry slot, the hotel kindly provided us with a takeaway breakfast, which we appreciated.
−The room was small, rather musty and not particularly appealing. We weren’t expecting anything special, but the only window opened onto the hotel’s interior hallway, with no window to the outside. This was not mentioned in the description. When we complained, we were told we were the first to raise this issue, although several Booking.com reviews mention the same problem. Surprisingly, the staff member admitted they don’t read these reviews. We accepted the room as we were only staying one night (and they didn‘t offer us another room), but clearer information and a more professional response would have been appreciated. I would definetly choose another hotel next time.

+La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de los puntos de interés. Buen desayuno. La vista que tiene desde donde se toma el desayuno es preciosa. Camas y almohadas comodas. Todo muy limpio. Lo recomiendo.

+Good hostel with comfortable bed, hot water and good wifi. Really close to the station but in a quiet street. Good breakfast that was served from 5am for those going to Machu Picchu early. They stored our bags for the entire day.

“Buen hotel relación calidad-precio para alojarse en Aguas Calientes.”
+La ubicación del hotel era bastante céntrica, aunque el pueblo de Machu Picchu es muy pequeño y se puede ir andando a todos los sitios, está justo al lado de la estación de tren. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba estaba justo al lado de las escaleras donde subía todo el mundo a otros pisos y hacía bastante ruido; no pudimos descansar del todo bien, pero creo que es por la habitación que nos dieron. El desayuno era sencillo, pero estaba bien por el precio pagado. Nos guardaron el equipaje el día que nos fuimos sin costo alguno hasta la noche. Lo recomendaría para una estancia corta de una noche en el pueblo de Machu Picchu.
