+It's so easy to find,close to the shops,petrol station and mall..A walk away,2 minute walk
−They put towels for 1 person instead of 2 as per booking and cleaned the room very late,after 2pm and woke me up even after cleaning to add towels.I wanted to take an afternoon nap but I had to wait for them to clean the room since they cleaned after lunch

“Worst service ever”
+I really love Botswana, and the hotel was absolutely amazing... The food was exacceptional.
−Requested a breakfast pack, and the receptionist did not know. She wanted to check with the kitchen and did not come back to me... When I was checking out, she packed the chicken and mayo sandwich, of which I'm allergic to mayo and when I asked for juice it took 45mins and I had to leave it cause I was on a rush cause Durban was very far... The waiters were not even smiling... I was so disappointed 😞

“Great hotel”

−The pool was very small. Really it's just a plunge pool for cooling off not swimming but that was ok for us.

+The reception staff were excellent, welcoming, and friendly as always! They were very helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
−The restaurant service was disappointing. When I approached to place my order, there were three staff members behind the counter. I greeted them, but received no response at first, which was quite confusing. I had to greet again and ask if I could place my order before being assisted. A simple greeting and acknowledgement would have made the experience much more welcoming.
