“Außer Frühstück war alles in Ordnung”
+Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die gesamte Hotelanlage war wirklich perfekt. Man hat sofort gesehen, dass alles neu und sehr modern eingerichtet ist. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der kostenlose, bewachte Parkplatz. Direkt neben dem Hotel befand sich außerdem ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt super und ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
−Das Frühstück hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Da es à la carte angeboten wird, bekommt man eine Karte und kann sich daraus einmal ein Frühstücksmenü aussuchen. Auf dem Teller waren bereits vorgeschnittene Tomaten und Gurken. Zusätzlich konnte man noch Käse und Eier bestellen. Pro Gast war jedoch nur ein Frühstück inklusive. Persönlich fand ich dieses Konzept nicht in Ordnung und hatte deutlich mehr erwartet.

“Много приятен есенен уикенд”
+Закуската е много богата и вкусна.Местоположението е много удобно до центъра.Ресторантът на хотела е много добър.Статите са просторни ,леглата много удобни.Приятно впечатление прави това,че уредите в Спа -центъра винаги работят.

+The room was perfectly adequate for our stay, reasonably clean and comfortable enough for a night’s sleep. It did the job and met our basic needs.
−Unfortunately the staff let the hotel down. They came across as rude and grumpy throughout our stay, and we never felt welcome or that our questions were wanted. A friendlier approach at reception would make a huge difference to the guest experience

+The place was super nice. The spa, the swimming pool, everything was fantastic. Definitely recommend it to come for a day or two with the family to relax, to enjoy good food, and enjoy Vidin. The staff was incredibly helpful. Everyone spoke perfect English.
−The only thing that we didn't like was that one of the mattresses actually had a hole, so sleeping was not too comfortable.

−Sauna nu era funcțională și pe aplicație nu menționa acest lucru
+Motorral voltunk, engedték, hogy a Hotel bejáratánál parkoljunk. Szoba rendben volt, a vasútállomásra nézett, de egy vonat nem ment este/reggel így csendes volt. A szálloda étterme remek volt és nagyon baráti árakon működik. Reggeli a la carte alapon megy, nem svédasztalos, de remek volt.
