+お風呂が大きくてゆっくりできた！早朝の出発なのに、朝食の対応をして貰えた。
−入口での案内が分かりにくかった。でも、スタッフが飛んできてくれて案内してくれたので、助かった。

−部屋に清潔感が無い 部屋備え付けのケルトが水漏れしたり、 禁煙をリクエストして 了解、禁煙部屋を準備しますとの返信があったがへやはタバコ臭くおまけに灰皿などかしっかりありました

−This is a legal liability. Booking did NOT state that this is a LOVE HOTEL. I arrived late afternoon & couldn’t find a front desk. Entry is into a garage where individual parking stalls have curtains that cover the car completely as well as a staircase that goes directly to the room. I had to use the phone number from booking to contact a live person. Once upstairs you are LOCKED IN YOUR ROOM. There is a small room foyer and the door that opens to the room has no lock from the inside. The door is locked from the hidden office!! No key. No privacy. Staff supposedly ring before entering but that was not what actually happens. Even when the ring, it’s one move - ring open. One night I was sound asleep and a man was IN THE ENTRY FOYER asking me something. I was scared to death. Went to the (unlocked) door and yelled at him to go away. He wanted money for a bowl of noodles. Could not wait until morning. I was FUMING. The next morning I left at 6:30am only to find I COULD NOT GET OUT OF MY ROOM. It was LOCKED! Fortunately, my call went through and finally there was a click that unlocked the door. This is a safety and fire hazard. God forbid anything happens River Side AND Booking will be

“除掉不能從裡面開門一點以外，性價比高、房間也很ok，算很不錯了！”
+就是一般的汽車旅館，房間空間大，很乾淨，歐巴桑也都很親切（如果有碰到面的話😆），雖然語言不通但很熱情～
−就像大多數住客的評價一樣，住進去後一定要通知工作人員才能開門？！這點真的讓人很想不通！如果有緊急狀況自己無法從裡面開門時怎麼辦？

−Please read the reviews. This is a love hotel with elicit items in the room. There is an unsafe security system that locks you into the room. This is not disclosed in the Booking.com description. We chose not to stay and requested a refund (3 times without a response) from Booking.com. Booking.com returned an email on 12/15 asking me to contact the hotel for resolution. While at the hotel, the hotel staff kindly stated they would support a refund and asked us to seek refund from Booking.com. Booking.com does not disclose this as a love hotel - they need to update their description and provide refunds to those who have been misled to this hotel.
