“Familiäre Nähe trifft gemschvollstes Design!”
+Ein rundum besonderes und einmaliges Hotel mit unglaublich herzlichen, hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Entsprechend zeigen sich auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer und alle Bereiche des Hotels. Jedes Detail wird beachtet, jede Bereich ist zu einem stimmigen Gesamtkunstwerk gestaltet, in dem man sich zuhause und wohl fühlt!

“A beautiful, comfortable stay with wonderful staff and delicious local cuisine.”
+We had a wonderful stay at Illa Experience Hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection that included traditional local dishes. The only drawback was the location. Although the hotel is close to the historic center, the surrounding area felt quiet and deserted, with most nearby businesses closed, making it less convenient than expected. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the hotel!

+Отличное расположение! Отель красивый, стильный. Вид из отеля потрясающий. Номера большие, оборудованные всем необходимым! Персонал очень гостеприимный. Прекрасные вкусные завтраки! Хороший wi-fi
−В отеле идет ремонт и часть закрыта. При этом очень стараются сильно не шуметь

+Lovely boutique hotel close to everything. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The rooms an surrounds were top class and beautifully decorated. This is a truly 5 star property

+One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were always smiley, friendly and helpful. The decor was divine and the rooms/beds super comfortable. The unique experiences - from the hot chocolate to the late night facial - were so sweet and really added to our stay. The location was perfect - close to the old town, and on a very safe street, with good restaurants. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Boutique and family vibes. Please stay!

“Intimate luxurious stay for our family reunion”
+Breakfast on the terrace was superb , the staff at reception and at breakfast and dinners , housekeeping were great, rooms were super comfortable and was a beautiful boutique property in a great location - we walked to the city Centre in about 7-10 mins . Airport pick up , drop off to dinners and Mindo tour organised through them were seamless experiences . Nothing was too much trouble
−Choices at dinner for the two vegetarians in the group were not great despite having requested months in advance - they had one by veg dish and could offer another by not adding the pork but was not appetizing for them
