“Fantastic personal service from staff”
+The asset of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Every interraction felt very personal and kind. Starting from check in, breakfast and check out. The availability of free hot and cold water, coffee and tea in the lobby was amazing. Lovely small corner for children to play. Also a small bar to purchase drinks and an area to chill. Breakfast was nice, hot English breakfast with Belgium influence.
−It felt a bit dusty and kettle in the room would have made a difference. There is no large mirror in the room and light in the bathroom or by the small mirror is very poor. But these are small things.

“Parfait pour un couple avec enfants”
+Hôtel proche de l'aéroport de Zaventem (30 min). Chambre spacieuse et bien agencée avec séparation pour le couchage des enfants. Il y a également une télé des 2 côtés.
