+Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. They are pet friendly.
−We found the beds very uncomfortable, entirely too soft. The underground parking felt like such an inconvenience: there was no automated system so whenever we wanted to leave by car, we had to go to the front desk, give our car license plate and room number so that an employee can open the garage door. The breakfast felt pretty weak for 55 ron. The room also felt bare bones: an empty bottle of water and two paper cups, no kettle, no mini coffee machine. There were some free amenities but they were not in the room (for example shower cap), you had to go ask for them at the front desk. It discouraged me from actually getting them which to me felt like that was the goal, even if it wasn't. On top of everyhing, not the hotel's fault but there was loud banging and yelling for about an hour at night, likely from other guets, which contributed to poor sleep, I feel.

+Este un hotel cu un stil tineresc, care îți dă chef de viață.
−Unul dintre ospătarii din restaurant mult prea flegmatic și arogant(cel mai in vârstă și sigur cel mai vechi de aseară, vorbea foarte sictirit cu toată lumea inclusiv cu copiii din cele 2 grupuri cazate). In cabina de dus rămânea apa și nu se scurgea decât după un timp, miros destul de urât în baie. Micul dejun basic, nimic ieșit din comun.

+Mic dejun bogat, locația extrem de aproape de unde voiam să ajungem. Personalul foarte amabil și parcarea a fost un plus.

+Otelin belki de tek olumsuz yönü şehir merkezine yaklaşık 4 km uzaklıkta olması. Bunun dışında konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otel yeni, temiz ve her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Odalarda terliklere kadar her detayın düşünülmesi gerçekten hoşumuza gitti. Kahvaltısı da oldukça başarılı. Hatta bazı günler isteğinize özel omlet hazırlatabiliyorsunuz. Pazar günü bile kahvaltı alanında aşırı bir yoğunluk olmaması, yoğunluk olsa dahi rahatça kahvaltı yapabilmeniz büyük bir avantaj. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Lobide ATM bulunması ve soğuk içecek alabileceğiniz otomatların olması da ayrıca güzel düşünülmüş detaylar. Genel olarak konforu, temizliği, kahvaltısı ve hizmet kalitesiyle bizi çok memnun eden bir otel oldu. Bükreş’e tekrar gelirsek hiç düşünmeden yine burada konaklamayı tercih ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

“Not good value for money.”
+The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
−The room was too hot but the controls to turn down the heating or turn it off did not seem to work. The heating system also made a noise all night. We had to pay to use the car park. This was not something which was told to us beforehand. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. There wasn't even water. If you wanted any of these things you had to pay extra. This was not a cheap hotel and was not good value for money. We won't be staying there again.
