+Las habitaciones muy cómodas y personal muy amable, tienes servicio de comida que puedes pedir directamente en el hall y pizas las 24 horas y máquinas con bebidas y snacks.
−La ubicación es aprox 35 minutos en metro para llegar a los lugares turísticos, de noche se siente muy desolado salir del metro para ir al hotel y no hay nada cerca para comprar.

+L’accueil exceptionnel du personnel. Un groupe faisait un peu de bruit la semaine passée mais à part être réveillé un peu tôt par le ménage dans les autres chambres, aspirateur, parler très haut, tout est parfait. D’habitude nous n’avons jamais ces inconvénients.
−Les dames d’entretien parlaient haut d’où un réveil tôt.

+The staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the restaurant was pretty good
−We were next to incredibly noisy neighbors who were partying and yelling in the hallway for two nights, which made it difficult to sleep. We asked the staff to move us to another room, but this was not possible. The staff were friendly but did nothing to resolve the problem. The room was also quite warm, but it was not possible to open the windows without letting mosquitoes in. Screens on the windows would be a big help. The pillows were very tall and firm and couldn't be used comfortably because they bend the sleeper's neck at a sharp angle. We ended up making shorter pillows out of extra blankets on the second night.
