“Wouldnt stay again”
+The staff was friendly
−On the website it says it was only $220 but ended up being 290. Then you have to pay $49 for parking . The room was nice but the carpets weren’t clean . They had “cribs” but it was a play pen. It was DIRTY. I ended up just sleeping with my baby. The pool was nice but they had the windows open so it was freezing .

“Would not return”
+The location was good
−We paid extra for an upgraded room that we did not get even after the front desk moving our room due to uncleanliness in the first. We loved the Columbus Hyatt and this one isn’t even close to that
