−We booked the room but they said they are already sold out and have no rooms. And this was frustrating and we had to find another room for our stay. They all were doing the same - listed the property but denied the booking and said no room is available - then asked for extra money more than listed on the website.

+Rooms with balcony have a good view and sunlight. since its new it is clean. area is quiet and approachable to plenty of cafes, yoga classes etc. they have options for long stay. I continued after 3 nights for another 10 days.
