+Location was fantastic right by the Marina. Stylish lobby with restaurant and bar. Booked a standard double room but were upgraded by a very freindly young lady at check in to one with a balcony. It was lovely to sit outside as the sun went down over the water and watch the river come to life in the morning.The room itself and bathroom were immaculate. We were lucky to find this place as were just passing thru and decided to stop here. Very glad we did. Restaurant has some great evening meals and they served a cooked breakfast that is delicious along side a buffet of pastries juices and fruit. Parking free for guests. Reception let us leave our car there after check out so we could take a boat trip to the broads. Stay there if you are ever in the area, im sure you will love it.

+We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s location with lovely views across the Norfolk Broads at Wroxham. Wroxham is also in close proximity to Norwich with a very good bus service. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room had a lovely view from the balcony. The standard of the fixtures and fittings in the room was high. We enjoyed the bar area and both evening meals in the restaurant which were delicious. The hotel also offers a very good breakfast choice. We were very satisfied with everything. Parking is also readily available and free of charge. A hotel to be recommended!

“Lovely overnight stay in a great hotel.”
+The hotel has a lovely location on the river, and the staff team are very warm and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated and we had a great balcony and view. The hot breakfast was lovely and a good selection of items was available.
−Overall a great stay. One small suggestion please would you consider offering an alternative vegetarian sausage for the vegetarian breakfast.

“Had a wonderful time, would definitely go back.”
+The food was excellent. The quality of the room was better than expected. Could not fault dinner in the evening.
−We had to wait over an hour to check in. Also would have been nice to have a lift as my husband has problems with stairs now
