+We were warmly welcomed Room was spacious and modern We didn’t know the breakfast was included and it was a delicious one
−Non-stop construction noise which didn’t even stop after 7pm, there were chemical smells in the room coming from the construction work which was happening downstairs The room wasn’t freshly cleaned Although there weren’t other guests besides us, we asked for a later checkout since my mother got sick and were denied the request

“Owner is a crook. Be careful in all dealings”
+It is out of the main market area. Difficult access.
−Owner is a crook. Be very careful in dealing with him. He will offer a service without quoting a price and then once it's time to pay he will extort money. For a e-rickshaw ride that usually costs 400 he kept insisting we take the ride without confirming the cost. Then after we got back he asked for 1000 saying that is the price. He offered to book railway ticket and then asked for twice the money.
