“Stayed 9 nights in the single occupancy room, at this property in the historic center of Catania.”
+Excellent location - walking distance to almost all the attractions; many restaurants and bars close by; around the corner is the Bellini Theatre and piazza: a 5 minute walk to Piazza del Duomo, University of Catania (founded in 1434), Fish Market and Via Etnea (main historic boulevard and shopping street). Very friendly and extremely helpful owner, his two sons and the staff. The covered stone terrace is a beautifully decorated outdoor space for the hotel guests to enjoy. Room - excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed, mini fridge, kettle and tea bags, air conditioner and a spacious bathroom. Plenty of choices for breakfast - fresh fruits, yogurt and a variety of sweet and savory foods. Considering that I stayed in the single occupancy room which does not have a balcony, I still highly recommend staying here, if you are a solo traveller.

+Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, tollen Restaurantes und Bars sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig. Das Schliesssystem per App ist einfach und bequem.

+The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything but not directly in it. It's about a 15 minute walk to the bus and train station. The staff was welcoming! The history of the building is super interesting. I also liked getting the surprise gift when we checked out.
