“Konum güzel, oda temiz, personel ilgili.”
+Konum olarak çok iyi bir noktada. Merkezi yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz ya da metro kullanmak isteyenler için de ulaşım oldukça rahat. Odalar temiz ve düzenli. Çalışanlar ilgili ve oldukça güler yüzlü.

“Great location, but not as comfortable as we had hoped”
+Location was great for people who love to stay in the 10eme.
−We found the bed extremely uncomfortable. A very firm mattress and even more firm pillows. Also had some issues with temperature control; we couldn’t keep the room cool at night.

−The bed was not very large, comfort was average as the pillows felt low quality. The bathroom was also very small. Overall we were disappointed as we expected better for this price

−I wouldn't recommend staying near Place de la République, especially with the ongoing riots in Paris. The elevator is very old and small, the shower water was barely warm, and breakfast is basic.

+Good breakfast, room was OK, if a little worn and cleanliness was OK. Shower was good even if towels were few. Location is good.
−Single towel in the guestroom. I requested and received more, but the online portal that was supposed to accommodate guest requests did not work. Rooms are a little overdue for a renovation (paint worn). Some staff were pleasant and helpful, some less so. I say this as someone who works in the hospitality industry. What I didn't like was an email message I received after my stay was concluded. The front desk manager indicated that I had been overcharged approximately 64 euros. She then requested I send my banking information via email. I told her I would not send this via email and asked her to refund the overcharge to my credit card. She responded that they are not able to do this and again requested my banking information. The email appears to be from a legitimate Hotel Taylor email, so either the hotel's email has been hacked, or the hotel staff truly believe that requesting a guest's banking information via email is an appropriate and secure method. I have not received further emails regarding the overcharge so I am afraid I would not recommend staying here again.
