+Très bon emplacement à côté de la gare de Shinjuku. Personnel gentil. Chambre propre, bien équipée, calme, bien aménagée. Lit confortable.
−Prix excessif
+El personal, muy amable, aunque no supieran mucho inglés se hacían entender.
−La habitación da un poco de miedo. Si miras el colchón y las almohadas se nota que tienen décadas. Da la sensación que hace mucho que no renuevan material.

+The location and staff have made this trip amazing. The rooms are generally bigger than the average Japanese hotel room.

+Its location is about five minutes from the main area where you will spend a lot of time. Staff were great. And the room was fairly large by Japanese hotel standards.
−Once you get past the exterior and the reception area things go down hill. Fast. The room is a mess. Tired decir with lampshades visibly bent out if shape, a bathroom that's seen better days, possibly twenty years ago. The place needs a revamp top to bottom. The bed was so soft it felt like a waterbed while the pillows were as firm as concrete. Going back to the bathroom, the bath tub itself had a soft, 'spongy' feel to it when you stood in it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone until it gets a much needed refurb.

+Hotel muito bem localizado no bairro de Shinjuku, porém longe das estações de metro. Apto com tamanho excelente, comparado com outros anuncios vistos no booking. Se for ficar nessa região, vale super a pena.
−Pedir limpeza e arrumação todo dia do apto não faz muito sentido. Limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor dos aptos. Tivemos que pedir travesseiros extras porque os nossos originais eram muito ruins.
