+Funcionários mal humorados, quarto horrível, velho, antigos, chuveiro péssimos, café ds manhã péssimo, tanto que não conseguirmos tomar. Tivemos muitas dificuldades pois estávamos com un bebê de 1 ano. Não recomendo.... não é um hotel, é uma pensão.

+Hotel con mucho ruido de tránsito, la habitación es muy amplia, con una cama confortable y el baño está lindo. Wifi no existe casi no tiene alcance. La limpieza es pobre. Ubicación relativamente buena.
+This was the worst hotel stay of my life. The owner and his wife screamed at each other all night and day. The owner entered our room while we were sleeping. The owner yelled at me when I went to check out and requested a printed copy of my receipt. I paid the bill, and then he grabbed the paperwork, yelled at me, and stormed out. When he came back, I used Google translate on my phone to help make sure I hadn't said something wrong given the language barrier. Again, using Google translate on my phone, I apologized for any confusion and asked for a printed copy of the bill. He yelled at me and grabbed me by my wrists and shook me. My sister and I had already paid, so we grabbed our luggage and left immediately. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone given the experience. I have never been yelled at before like this-- much less assaulted.
“Noisy hotel”
+My hotel room was nice, but noisy during the night and very early morning. People talking loud and doors slamming. The hotel is located on the second floor, but there is no elevator from the street to the first floor this is a struggle when traveling with heavy luggage. The hotel is conveniently located two blocks away from the train station.
“Perfect for a family stop in Floro”
+Great hosts, clean, incredibly convenient to the train station to drop our bags and venture out to see Firenze. Beds comfy, large room.

“Maravilhoso”
+Não tenho palavras para explicar o acolhimento neste hotel. Me senti em casa. O quarto era lindo! A cama super confortável. O banheiro e o quarto sempre limpo. O café da manhã delicioso com tudo muito bem preparado. E ainda, o sr que nos servia com toda cortesia e gentileza. Localização ótima, próxima aos pontos turísticos e à estação de trem, o que nos facilitou a viagem a outras cidades próximas Florença.
