+Hotel Sarawan is located ideally on the mainstream of Karachi, that why we didn’t had to travel far for shopping. Atrium Mall is just adjacent to the hotel. Staff was cooperative, well cleaned bedrooms. Thanks to the front office! Internet need to be more effective! Variety of food was yummy! Will grade it a good stay!

−Staff rude Facilities NIL Cleanliness Zero Smell everywhere
+Love the hospitality of the staff. Cleanliness was very good, we had all the in house bed ware , cutlery, toiletries and etc well cleaned and hygienic. Property was well looked after, with cctv , all the amenities are well in excellent condition. The room rates and refunds were well economic i.e value for money!

+Breakfast was yummy, and the location was prime. Hospitality was excellent. Will definitely stay in sarawan hotel again!
+When arrived there was no hot water in the room we complained and was advised that it was hot ,hotel sent engineer to check the water in the room ,then made some changes to their geezer ,water became luke warm but not enough to shower ,this ordeal continued througout our 5 day stay with complaints everday to the manager but water was always cold.breakfast was poor ,cold and dirty tables we requested fresh breakfast to be made,however they would bring us cold breakfast saying its fresh.cutlery was broken and in very poor condition, very un hygienic ,the price we paid was not worth the stay i complained to Expedia on the first day of our stay to request change of hotel ,they were not helpful at all and askes for me to resolve the issue with the hotel directly, very poor service from Expedia, i wont be using their services ever again .

+Had a lively stay in Sarawan Hotel Karachi. The bedroom was well cleaned, tidy and comfy! All the facilities in the hotel were excellent! Great location, value for money and the staff was looking for us well after! Recommended! Will give my stay a five star *****
