“Banging doors & jangling keys”
+Central location between the old town & Guggenheim, with a lovely walk down the river in both directions. Receptionist was very friendly & welcoming. The place was spotlessly clean but could do with a paint refresh. For instance, the bathroom radiator was only half painted 1 coat of newer paint at some stage in the distant past.
−The bed was more rock hard than firm which didnt provide a good nights sleep. While previous reviews had mentioned the doors being an issue, they didnt go far enough to explain the problem. Imagine being in an old prison with doors slamming & banging & keys jangling all through the night & day. This is not a hotel if you are looking to rest easy. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room either, but you really didnt want to spend any additional time in the room

“Me sorprendio agradablemente Bilbao”
+Muy buena ubicación, entre el casco antiguo y el ensanche, junto a la ria. Bar de copas debajo del hotel y bar para desayunes en la calle del lado.
−Muy mal insonorizada la habitación, se oyen los ruidos de las cisternas de los inodoros de otras habitaciones y la gente andando por el pasillo.

“No volveré”
−La habitación es muy cutre, no se puede descansar porque en el local de al lado hay un pub y el servicio personal fue pésimo.
