+Das gebuchte Apartment ist modern und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist ruhig, wenn auch etwas abseits.
−Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 3 Zimmern und 2 Badezimmern für 7 Personen für drei Nächte gebucht. Während unserer Anreise wurden wir kontaktiert, dass es ein Problem mit unserem Appartement gebe, ein Teil der Wohnung sei wegen eines Wasserschadens nicht nutzbar und deswegen versperrt. Als wir ankamen, bekamen wir eine Keycard. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man unser Appartement nur per Lift erreichen könne. Dieser war eng und unglaublich langsam. Es gab nur eine einzige funktionierende Schlüsselkarte für 7 Personen. Das bedeutete, dass das Erreichen und Verlassen des Zimmers eine Odyssee war. Dass das Appartement im dritten Stock nur per Lift erreichbar war, löste in uns ein beklemmendes Gefühl aus. Wie hätten wir unsere Kinder im Falle eines Brandes in Sicherheit bringen sollen? Wir sahen auf dem Fluchtplan im unteren Stockwerk (in unserem Zimmer gab es keine Informationen zu einem Fluchtweg), dass es doch noch ein 2.Treppenhaus gab. Dieses führte zum versperrten Teil unseres Appartements. Wir baten die Vermieterin telefonisch - sie war nicht mehr vor Ort -, uns diese Tür zu öffnen, damit wir einen Fluchtweg haben, und uns das versprochene Klappbett zu bringen, das noc

“We appreciated staying there a lot and I’m sure that if we were to go back to Zagreb, we would reconsider this place.”
+We liked that it was surrounded by greenery. It was in a calm location and we felt really resting there. also the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also incredibly good. The meat was always cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed EVERY meals (late afternoon lunch/diner and breakfast à la carte). The room was well decorated and felt comfortable.
−Sadly a few details made the stay not perfect: 1.last guest must have added water in the soap for the shower which was sad because the products used were from RITUALS, but in their defense the staff couldn’t notice it… Luckily also we had our own products so we didn’t ask for refill at that moment. 2. we had just one roll of toilet paper that was half used, since we were 4, we ended up without toilet paper very late at night… But we discussed it with the staff and things were taken care of. So at the end all good. I would add also the water of the shower was not leaking down the pipe or very slowly so we ended up with water in the rest of the bathroom…

“very chill three days in Zagreb”
+I loved the comfort and the location (15 minutes walk to the city centre, but the hotel is surrounded by nature), the restaurant, which I understand is not the hotel restaurant but it is in the same building, serves excellent coffee and breakfast, I understand they will be serving lunch menus soon as well. I had to work one day and the wi-fi did not let me down once which is rare for hotels.

“Hotel fantasma con mantenimiento deficiente”

−Hotel fantasma. Mas de una hora de espera hasta que llegó la recepcionista, tras varias llamadas previas. Sin shampoo ni gel en la duchas. Cubertería insuficiente para 5 personas, al igual que los vasos. TV sin conexión (no servía para nada) y ellos lo sabían… Pobre manteniendo de las instalaciones con elementos rotos sin reparar.

−На рецепції постійно нікого немає. За 4 доби ні разу не змінили рушники і не прибрали номер. У ванній кімнаті було 2 рулони туалетного паперу, яким вже хтось користувався і це були залишки. Мила в душовій не було, воно закінчилось.
