“Rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotel”
+Uns hat alles sehr gefallen vorallem aber die Freundlichkeit des Personal. Zim Frühstück wurden wir verwöhnt und wenn irgendwas leer war kam sofort Nachschub. Sehr nett fanden wir es das die nette Frau vom Service uns jeden Tag persönlich das Rührei frisch machte und uns an den Tisch brachte. Super hotel

“A Hotel with a Human Touch”
+A hotel that pleasantly surprised me! First and foremost, it’s the people: genuinely friendly, understanding and professional. The reception is open 24/7, which was a real advantage for me as I checked in at almost 1 a.m. The young man who welcomed me was exceptionally pleasant, attentive to my needs and very helpful. Since Booking.com didn’t offer a single room, I booked a double room instead. To my surprise, the hotel refunded me the price difference , and even gave me a little cake as an extra treat! When I checked out, I was greeted by an equally lovely lady at reception. The staff speak both English and German, which is another plus. As for the room, it exceeded all my expectations: spacious, cosy, quiet, with a kettle, hot water and plenty of mirrors. I slept wonderfully. I honestly didn’t expect to find such a high-quality hotel in Słubice at such a reasonable price. It was a genuinely pleasant surprise.

+Hotel Relax jest w samym centrum Słubic. Obok są sklepy, stacja paliw i punkty usługowe. W Hotelu jest winda i całodobowa recepcja - nie ma problemu z odbiorem/zdaniem kluczy czy uzyskaniem informacji. Łóżka mają bardzo wygodne materace. Pokoje posiadają klimatyzację, wyposażone są w małe lodówki, czajnik i zestaw szklanek i kubków do parzenia kawy czy herbaty. W przedpokoju jest duża szafa, pozwalająca na schowanie wszystkich rzeczy oraz walizek, przez co w pokoju można zachować ład. Łazienka wyposażona jest w suszarkę oraz podstawowe kosmetyki (mydło w płynie oraz żel do ciała i włosów), są w niej również uchwyty do powieszenia ręczników. Zarówno w pokoju jak i w łazience jest bardzo czysto. Śmieci zabierane są codziennie przez personel. Na parterze goście hotelu mogą skorzystać z bezpłatnej herbaty czy kawy z ekspresu. Na drogę dostaliśmy pyszne ciasto. Nie był to nasz pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu i na pewno jeszcze z niego skorzystamy.

+Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir würden immer wiederkommen. Auch das Frühstück war gut.
