“Si quieres dormir bien, este hotel es el lugar!”
+Por varias razones es el lugar donde mejor he dormido, llevo 6 años yendo a Pucón por trabajo y la cama y almohadas sooon lo mejor!!! Buen desayuno y la atención del personal es 10/10
−Yo pondría mesas en la terraza de la calle, pondría música y le daría más vida

+Siempre que voy a Pucón por trabajo me quedo acá. Es un excelente hotel, la mejor relación precio calidad.. siempre impecable todo.

“I wouldnt go again.”
+We arrived to The hotel at 09 and they couldnt let us check in earlier than 1500 because it was against their policy which is ok but a bit weird that they couldnt even stretch it for 5 min. We had paid extra for a better view and wifi on The room, The wifi didnt work and they couldnt Do anything about it and The view was okay but i expected a bit more. The hot water didnt work The morning after we arrvied and their reason was that they didnt have enough capacity for everyone to shower during peak hours (09-11). The hot water didnt work all Day. We tried get some help but they didnt really Care. For The money we paid for 2 nights i expected things to be better.
+La pieza estaba helada al llegar, no quede conforme con la ropa de cama. El resto todo bien, excelente limpieza, buenos servicios y rico desayuno.

“Great Location!”
+The hotel is well situated. The rooms are clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms are not big and the bathrooms are very small. So, be aware of that. I was also surprised that they wouldn't let us check in an hour early (2pm instead of 3pm) when the hotel was nearly empty and the rooms were obviously ready.
