−냉방기능이 좀 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 온도조절이 제대로 되지 않아 다소 불편했어요.

“lovely, pleasant and accessible stay, i’d definitely come back next time!”
+i’m a wheelchair user who fully depends on my mobility device, and i have to say the hotel is excellent for my needs. i’d say the accessibility varies for people with different level injuries and needs, but for me it was great. the wheelchair accessible room features a slope and a built in bathtub, which is at the perfect height for me to transfer and get down into the tub! the staff is also very kind and friendly, and i really appreciated their politeness.
−the only thing i could possibly think of would be the slope toward the entrance of the hotel. it’s a tiny bit steep and when getting up from the street, i almost fell forward once. if they could improve the ramp or include a more comfortable side entrance, it’d be amazing.

+В общем номер на 12 этаже был просто прекрасен, просторный, светлый. Вид из окна шикарный. Уборка каждый день. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда есть вода, утюг, полотенце. А расположения отеля вообще класс!!! Рекомендую

−Spa bath does not work and bathroom has no door from the bedroom. Shower door and toilet door are the same.

+フロントのミンジさんがフレンドリーでとてもやさしくしてくれて嬉しかったです！ 部屋は予想以上に広くて、バスタブも広いのがよかったです。 蚕室セネ駅のすぐ近くで、仁川空港からバスで来ましたが、バス停からもすぐ近くでした。 KSPOドームの公演の帰りも、混雑で帰るのに時間がかかるのではと心配したのですが、3412番のバスですぐに帰ることができて非常に便利でした。
−あまりないのですが、強いて挙げるとしたら、お風呂のお湯の温度がもう少し熱いとよかったかもしれません。バスタブにお湯を貯めるとすぐに冷めてしまったのが少しだけ残念でした。

+The convenient location and the advertised availability of a jacuzzi were the main reasons we chose this hotel.
−The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having a jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property over other, more affordable alternatives. However, after filling the jacuzzi and preparing to use it, we discovered that it was not functioning. When we raised the issue with hotel staff, they confirmed that it was not operational. We were extremely disappointed, as the jacuzzi was a one of the key factors in our decision to book this particular hotel. Had we known beforehand that it was not working, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel instead.
