“Great location and cleanliness, but let down by room view, breakfast, and parking concerns”
+Great location, spotless cleanliness, and some members of the staff who were very kind and helpful.
−The room was advertised with a "city view", but the windows only faced another building wall just across, like a few meters away. The worst part was breakfast - the scrambled eggs were completely inedible, had a foul smell, and were visibly discolored (grey/greenish), clearly looking like spoiled ingredients, which is a health hazard. Also, be careful if arriving by car: street parking is available, but Google reviews with photos of smashed car windows are alarming, so we ended up paying for an underground garage just for peace of mind.

“Posizione perfetta, hotel tranquillo”
+A circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro; ho apprezzato moltissimo sia a comodità dei letti sia il silenzio assoluto della nostra camera. Camera un pò datata ma confortevole.

“Pretty good but...”
+Great breakfast and location. Quiet, comfortable.
−The gym is not an actual amenity, contrary to what is listed in the hotel description. They make you pay 10€ per person per hour to use it, otherwise it's locked. The sauna is also only available for a fee. The cleaning service is superficial: they tidy up a bit, change the towels and done.

“Schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Prag-Aufenthalt”
+Schönes Hotel mit Charme ganz in der Nähe des Busbahnhofes Florenc. Damit ist es nicht weit zur Metro, außerdem gibt es eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Alles war sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Transfer zum Flughafen hat super geklappt und war für den Festpreis von 750 Kronen günstig.
−Für einen längeren Prag-Aufenthalt wäre es uns zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Die direkte Umgebung war durch die Nähe zu großen Straßen nicht so schön.
“Very good”
+Pretty good experience overall. Great location, very close to the tram and metro. Comfortable room, bed and pillow - and having a frigo in the room was a bonus. Breakfast was pretty good as well, even better when approaching the weekend. I also managed to arrange an airport shuttle within 24h of my arrival, which was great!
−I wanted to use the fitness center, but paying extra 10 euros per use was too much in my opinion. Front desk staff could use of some extra kindness.
