−When I arrived staff member gave me the key to my room I went upstairs It was occupied by someone I woke up I went back downstairs and asked them to find me a room unoccupied Which he did

−Despite a queen room booking, l was given a bunk room. Mould on the surfaces, the microwave & in the fridge. The TV didn’t work, there was no bedside lamp so bright room light or no light. The tv next door was on & loud ALL night.
